Tyre pressure testing machine

The COTON AQUATEST 20 tire pressure testing machine is used to quickly and efficiently diagnose tire defects such as bulges, bubbles, punctures, cuts and all kinds of damage to the cords, wires and beads. With its help, a skilled operator can inspect a tire in just over a minute, making it indispensable for tire warehouses, tire fitters and retreaders.

This model meets the expectations of the most demanding customers in the tire industry, as the use of a rising water tray allows the detection of even the smallest pinholes in the tire. Efficient operation is ensured here by a motor for turning the tire to be inspected, which is activated by a foot switch (pedal) or a switch on the side of the machine (both options available). What’s more, a robust guard protects the operator from the consequences of an unexpected burst of the inflated tire.

The machine is suitable for inspecting tires dismounted from 13-20 inch rims (car, jeep or light truck), and a set of locking latches (pawls) allows tires of any width to be fitted to the machine. Two pairs of discs are available in the kit:

Pair 1: sizes 13-16 inches,
Pair 2: sizes 17-20 inches,

In order to start working on this tire inspector, it needs to be connected to an air compressor of average capacity (main power supply) and an electrical socket (motor power supply). The control itself, on the other hand, is convenient and intuitive and is carried out by means of levers located on both sides of the machine.
