A COT-27 hydraulic tyre unpacking machine was designed for customers who have to unpack doubled or tripled tyres (tyres that were packed one inside the other). It is a very efficient machine when it comes to pulling out tyres from packs of two and more tyres. Unpacking truck (lorry) tyres with it is not possible. It is very safe for tyres and an operator. It can unpack a full 40ft container in 1.5 working days. It can be equipped in a 230V or 110V engine depending on client’s order. That means that it can be used worldwide. This model is an improved version of the virtually indestructible COT-5, which performs well in all conditions. It is the most advanced machine on the market, as the movable hook and table allow a pack of tyres to be quickly immobilised and the hook to be hooked to the tyre.
We are the original inventor of this type of machine and we patented it. Similar machines on the market are cheap knockoffs of this model and they break down quickly.
