The COT-30 pneumatic tire doubling/unpacking machine (tire doubler) is ideal for companies involved in exporting scrap or used tires. It is used to double or triple tires (pack them one inside the other up to a maximum of 3 in a bundle), significantly reducing the cost of transporting them. It also has a tire unpacking (undoubling) function, but it is very limited (unpacking bundles of more than 3 tires requires a tire unpacker).
It is powered by compressed air. Thanks to its small size and ability to be disassembled (making it even more portable than the COT-2), it is ideal for moving from place to place and does not take up too much space.
This machine is often used by tyre pyrolysis plants, as packing the tyres into bundles allows more tyres to be inserted into the reactor without having to cut through them. This ensures that the intact steel wire is arranged in bundles, making it significantly easier to separate it from the soot and pyrolysis oil once the reaction is complete.
We are the original inventor of this type of machine and we patented it. Similar machines on the market are cheap knockoffs of this model and they break down quickly while our machines are very durable and they can work for many years even without proper maintenance.
For production, we use only the highest quality components that meet high safety standards. We will also offer technical support for several decades.
