Pneumatic tyre doubling / unpacking machine COT‑30

The COT-30 pneumatic tire doubling/unpacking machine is ideal for companies involved in exporting scrap or used tires. It is used to double or triple tires (pack them one inside the other up to a maximum of 3 in a bundle), significantly reducing the cost of transporting them. It also has a tire unpacking (undoubling) function, but it is very limited (unpacking bundles of more than 3 tires requires a tire unpacker).

Thanks to its small size and ability to be disassembled (making it even more portable than the COT-2), it is ideal for moving from place to place and does not take up too much space. It is powered by compressed air, which eliminates the risk of electric shock.
