Hydraulic tyre doubling / unpacking machine COT‑31

The COT-31 hydraulic tyre doubling/unpacking machine is ideal for companies exporting scrap or used tyres. It is used to double or triple tyres (pack them one inside the other up to a maximum of 3 in a pack), thus significantly reducing the cost of transporting them. It also has a tyre unpacking function, but this is very limited (unpacking packs of more than 3 tyres requires a tyre unpacker).

Thanks to its small dimensions and ability to be disassembled (making it even more portable than the COT-2), it is ideal for moving from place to place and does not take up too much space. It can have either a 230V or 110V motor, depending on the customer’s order, making it suitable for use worldwide.
