Tyre pressure testing machine COTON GRAND 24 2-SPEED

The COTON GRAND 24 2-SPEED tire pressure checker is the best machine of its kind on the market. It is used to detect tire faults such as cracks, bulges, punctures, cuts and all kinds of bead and cord damage quickly and efficiently. With a little practice, it is possible to inspect a tire with it in just over a minute, while being protected from the consequences of an unexpected burst of an inflated tire.

It is the only machine of its kind to have a 3-phase chain-geared motor for turning the tire to be inspected, which can be set to slow or fast rotation with a foot switch (pedal). All this makes the machine indispensable for tire storage facilities, tire shops and retreaders.

The machine is suitable for inspecting tires removed from 13-24 inch rims, and a set of locking latches (pawls) allows tires of any width to be fitted. The kit comes with three pairs of discs for different sizes:

• Pair 1: sizes 13-16 inches,
• Pair 2: sizes 17-20 inches,
• Pair 3: sizes 21-24 inches.

This machine is designed for customers who mainly check tires over 22 inches. This is because adding the ability to put such large tires on the machine requires the use of a larger actuator, which moves slower than in other models.

In order to start working on this tire checker, it needs to be connected to an average capacity air compressor (main power supply) and an electrical outlet (motor power supply). The control itself, on the other hand, is comfortable and intuitive and is carried out by means of levers located on both sides of the machine.

An optional roof with lighting is also offered at an additional cost.
