Tyre pressure testing machine

The COTON GRAND 24 2-SPEED tyre pressure checker is the best machine of its kind on the market. It is used to detect tyre faults such as cracks, bulges, punctures, cuts and all kinds of bead and cord damage quickly and efficiently. With a little practice, it is possible to inspect a tyre with it in just over a minute, while being protected from the consequences of an unexpected burst of an inflated tyre.

It is the only machine of its kind to have a 3-phase chain-geared motor for turning the tyre to be inspected, which can be set to slow or fast rotation with a foot switch (pedal). All this makes the machine indispensable for tyre storage facilities, tyre shops and retreaders.

The machine is suitable for inspecting tyres removed from 13-24 inch rims, and a set of locking latches (pawls) allows tyres of any width to be fitted. The kit comes with three pairs of discs for different sizes:

• Pair 1: sizes 13-16 inches,
• Pair 2: sizes 17-20 inches,
• Pair 3: sizes 21-24 inches.

This machine is designed for customers who mainly check tyres over 22 inches. This is because adding the ability to put such large tyres on the machine requires the use of a larger actuator, which moves slower than in other models.

In order to start working on this tyre checker, it needs to be connected to an average capacity air compressor (main power supply) and an electrical outlet (motor power supply). The control itself, on the other hand, is comfortable and intuitive and is carried out by means of levers located on both sides of the machine.

An optional roof with lighting is also offered at an additional cost.
