  • Premium 20 – It has a motor for rotating a tyre. It has a stronger frame, which increases safety. It is smaller than Standard and Aquatest. It can check 13-20 inch tyres (except for truck tyres, e.g. 17.5″).
  • Premium 22 – It has a motor for rotating a tyre. It has a stronger frame, which increases safety. It is smaller than Standard and Aquatest. It can check 13-22 inch tyres (except for truck tyres, e.g. 17.5″).
  • Grand 24Its actuator moves a little slower than on models up to 22 inches. It has a motor for rotating a tyre. It can check 13-24 inch tyres (except for truck tyres, e.g. 17.5″).
  • Grand 24 2-speed Its actuator moves a little slower than on models up to 22 inches. It has a 3-phase motor for rotating a tyre that can rotate quickly or slowly. It can check 13-24 inch tyres (except for truck tyres, e.g. 17.5″).
  • Aquatest 20 – It has a motor for rotating a tyre and it can test tyres using water. It can check 13-20 inch tyres (except for truck tyres, e.g. 17.5″).
  • Aquatest 22 – It has a motor for rotating a tyre and it can test tyres using water. It can check 13-22 inch tyres (except for truck tyres, e.g. 17.5″).
  • Trucktest – It has a motor for rotating a tyre. It can check 17.5, 19.5 and 22.5 inch truck/lorry tyres.
  • Motorcycle – It can check 10-19 inch motorcycle tyres.

Tyre doubling/tripling machines

  • COT-2 – A pneumatic machine. It is used mostly for packing and unpacking low value car tyres. It can make packs of 3 tyres. The unpacking option is only basic.
  • COT-30 – A pneumatic machine. It is used mostly for packing and unpacking low value car tyres. It can make packs of 3 tyres. The unpacking option is only basic. It can be disassembled for transport.
  • COT-31 – A hydraulic machine. It is used mostly for packing and unpacking low value car tyres. It can make packs of 3 tyres. The unpacking option is only basic. It can be disassembled for transport.
  • COT-10 – A pneumatic machine. It can make packs of 6 or more car tyres (also jeep tyres). This machine is the successor of COT-3 (we do not make COT-3 anymore). It is controlled with joysticks (levers). The machine is simple in design, which increases its reliability and allows for easy repair. It is operated like COT-7. You must use it at temperatures above 0°C.
  • COT-7 – A hydraulic machine. It can make packs of 6 or more car tyres (also jeep tyres). For packing C tyres, we recommend a version with a 3-phase motor. It is controlled with levers. It is a very reliable machine. You can use it outside even in winter.
  • COT-24 – A hydraulic machine. It can make packs of 6 or more car tyres (also jeep tyres). For packing C tyres, we recommend a version with a 3-phase motor. It is controlled with levers. It is a very reliable machine. You can use it outside even in winter. It has a spraying system. You can pack both used and new tyres with it.

Tyre unpacking machines

  • COT-5 – A hydraulic machine. It can unpack car tyres. This is our most reliable model. It can run for many years without any maintenance thanks to its simple and robust design.
  • COT-6 – A pneumatic machine. It is stronger than COT-5. It can unpack even car tyres that were put inside a truck tyre with COT-9. We disassemble it for transport.
  • COT-6/1 – A hydraulic machine. It is stronger than COT-5 and COT-6. It can unpack even car tyres that were put inside a truck tyre with COT-9. We disassemble it for transport.
  • COT-25 – A hydraulic machine. It unpacks tyres horizontally. It is stronger than COT-5, COT-6 and the pneumatic version of COT-28. It is perfect for unpacking car tyres that were put inside a truck tyre with COT-9. It has a spraying system. You can unpack both used and new tyres with it.
  • COT-27 – A hydraulic machine. It has a movable hook. It is one of the best machines on offer. It is stronger than COT-5 and COT-6. It can unpack even car tyres that were put inside a truck tyre with COT-9.
  • COT-28 – A pneumatic machine. It unpacks tyres horizontally. It is perfect for unpacking car tyres that were put inside a truck tyre with COT-9.
  • COT-28 – A hydraulic machine. It unpacks tyres horizontally. It is stronger than its pneumatic version, COT-5 and COT-6. It is perfect for unpacking car tyres that were put inside a truck tyre with COT-9.
  • COT-29 – A manual machine. It is perfect for unpacking car tyres in areas without stable access to electricity.

Machines and equipment for loading tyres into a container

  • COT-8 tyre loading press – This machine can be used by inserting the tyres directly into it. However, you should use it to load tyres by driving into a space with tyres stacked on each other that has a fence or walls on the sides (keeping the wall of tyres in place). It is not compatible with COT-21. The number of tyres that can be loaded in the container with it depends on the size of the tyre and the number of tyres in the packs (tyres inserted in other tyres). When we load packs of 3 tyres using 13-15 inch tyres we can fit around 3200-3500 pieces in a 40ft container. You need a forklift with a capacity of at least 4 tonnes that has 4 hydraulic lines. Its mast must be lower than the height of the container. You attach the machine to the forklift in the same way as normal forks.
  • COT-22 tyre loading press – This machine has a special tooth-shaped bottom that interlocks with the bottom of the COT-21 loading box. This makes it very easy to reload the tyres from the box into the press. Loading tyres directly into the press is also possible but it is not recommended. The number of tyres that can be loaded in the container with it depends on the size of the tyre and the number of tyres in the packs (tyres inserted in other tyres). When we load packs of 3 tyres using 13-15 inch tyres we can fit around 4000 pieces in a 40ft container. You need a forklift with a capacity of at least 4 tonnes that has 4 hydraulic lines. Its mast must be lower than the height of the container. You attach the machine to the forklift in the same way as normal forks.
  • COT-21 tyre loading box – This box can only be used with a COT-22 tyre loading press. We recommend using 2 or more boxes with one COT-22 to increase the speed of loading tyres into a container.
