Tyre doubling / unpacking machine COT‑2

The COT-2 pneumatic tyre doubling/unpacking machine is ideal for companies involved in exporting scrap or used tyres. It is used to double or triple tyres (pack them one inside the other up to a maximum of 3 in a bundle), significantly reducing the cost of transporting them. It also has a tyre unpacking (undoubling) function, but it is very limited (unpacking packs of more than 3 tyres requires a tyre unpacker).

Thanks to its small size and weight, this doubler is easy to move to the required location and does not take up much space itself. It is powered by compressed air, which eliminates the risk of electric shock.
