- How to place an order for used tyres?
- Send us please a list with all sizes that you need (ranges of sizes are not enough). Write down the number of required pieces next to every size in the list. Specify what tread depth (in millimetres) and the types of tyres (winter, summer, all-season etc.) are needed.
- Can I pay with a credit or debit card?
- We do not offer such an option at the moment.
- Can I pay with PayPal?
- We do not offer such an option at the moment.
- Can I pay with Western Union?
- We do not offer such an option at the moment.
- Can I buy a product in instalments or on hire purchase?
- We do not offer such an option at the moment. However, you can find a leasing or financing company yourself and then contact us to complete all formalities.
- Do you ship to [an example country]?
- We ship our products worldwide. We offer shipping by road, air and sea to every country in the world.
- Can I get a discount?
- We organise special sales from time to time. Other discounts depend on the number of pieces that you order.
- Do you handle customs clearance in the target country (import customs clearance)?
- We do not normally handle it, but sometimes we make exceptions.
- Is it possible to ship an order in a container with used tyres?
- Yes, however negotiations involving buying tyres from us may take a long time and are not always successful so we do not recommend doing it this way.
- Do you have a distributor/representative in [an example country]?

- Is it possible to order only the plates/discs for a tyre testing machine?
- Yes, however we sell plates only to the customers that have one of our tyre testing machines. You need to send us a photo of a machine or an invoice to prove that you own it.
- How can I buy spare parts for a product that is no longer under warranty?
- Send us an e-mail or a Whatsapp message. Explain what parts you need. We will give you a quotation. If you don’t know exactly what is broken down, we will help you diagnose the problem. You can also order most pneumatic parts from third party suppliers.

- How many tyres can be packed with COT-3, COT-10, COT-7, COT-24, COT-9, COT-26 or COT-26/1?
- You can pack at least 6 tyres inside the biggest tyre.
- Does COT-2, COT-3, COT-10, COT-7, COT-24, COT-9, COT-26 or COT-26/1 damage tyres?
- No. They do not damage tyres when they work properly.
- Are your products CE-certified?
- Yes. We provide a declaration at the end of our users’ manuals.
- Where can I find users’ manuals for your machines?
- You can read and download our manuals in the Users’ manuals section.
- What are the differences between models of tyre testing machines, tyre unpacking machines and tyre tripling machines?

Technical support
- How can I make a complaint?
- Inform us about a problem by e-mail or Whatsapp. Remember to attach photos or videos that show the problem (if applicable).
- How can I receive technical support?
- You can contact us by e-mail or Whatsapp. We will instruct you how to fix your problem. If you are not able to do it yourself, you can bring a machine to our factory for repair or use the services of a third party repair company (we provide parts and drawings).

- Will someone come to fix my machine?
- Sending a technician abroad is expensive so we do not normally offer such an option.
- Can I bring the machine to your headquarters in Poland for fixing?
- Yes. However, we will give you an initial diagnosis and quotation before you bring it to us because in most cases a repair is easy to do yourself. Thanks to our free diagnosis you will also know if a repair is economically viable. We will also help you to arrange the delivery if you have trouble doing it yourself.
