1. It is possible to pay in PLN, EUR, USD or GBP.

  2. The buyer shall bear all additional charges related to the payment, including bank charges.

  3. In the case of delivery by sea or air, the products are packed in a special box.

  4. To place an order requiring sea/air transport, you should:

    1. Indicate the product;

    2. Provide your details: full name or company name, registered office address, contact telephone number and e-mail address;
    3. Specify the delivery address;

    4. A pro forma invoice will be issued, which will constitute an agreement between the parties and will include payment terms and transfer details;

    5. Upon receipt of the full amount or the advance payment (if applicable), the order is confirmed;

    6. The customer receives a preliminary Bill of Lading for verification;
    7. The remaining 50% of the amount payable must be paid as soon as possible upon receipt of a document confirming the despatch of goods (if applicable);
    8. Goods will not be released until the seller has received the full amount. Customers are advised that release usually takes 2-3 days, so it is advisable to pay in advance to avoid any delays;

    9. Coton is not responsible for any additional local charges. Customers are therefore advised to check and estimate them when placing their order.

  1. Transport conditions:

    1. FCL (Full Container Load) sea transport to a container yard (CF) only takes place under CIF terms: the seller pays the costs in the country of shipment, insurance and freight to the port in the country of destination while the buyer pays all charges in the country of destination, including import customs clearance;

    2. LCL (Less-Than-Container Load) sea transport to a container freight station (CFS) only takes place under CIF terms: the seller pays the costs in the country of shipment, insurance and freight to the port in the country of destination while the buyer pays all charges in the country of destination, including import customs clearance;

    3. Sea delivery by FCL or LCL to the door takes place under DAP terms: the seller pays the costs in the country of shipment, insurance and freight to the door while the buyer pays the cost of customs clearance in the country of destination and is responsible for unloading (there is a possibility to use a truck with a tail lift for smaller goods, but this must be requested when placing the order because it is not the default option);

    4. Air transport only to the airport takes place under CIP terms: the seller pays the costs in the country of shipment, insurance and transport to the port in the country of destination while the buyer pays all charges in the country of destination, including import customs clearance;

    5. Air transport to the door takes place under DAP terms: the seller pays the cost in the country of shipment, insurance and delivery to the door while the buyer pays the cost of import customs clearance in the country of destination and is responsible for unloading (there is a possibility to use a truck with a tail lift for smaller goods, but this must be requested when placing the order because it is not the default option);

    6. Road transport to the door takes place under DAP terms: the seller pays the cost of delivery to the door and insurance while the buyer is responsible for unloading (there is a possibility to use a truck with a tail lift for smaller goods, but this must be requested when placing the order because it is not the default option). If the goods are exported outside of the EU, the seller also pays the cost of export customs clearance while the buyer pays all charges in the country of destination, including import customs clearance;

    7. Transport organised by the buyer takes place under FCA terms: the buyer pays the full amount for the goods before they are released from Coton’s premises and is responsible for organising delivery and import customs clerance while the seller indicates the customs agency to be used by the buyer for export customs clearance and pays the costs of this clearance;

    8. Transport organised by the buyer takes place under EXW terms: the buyer pays the full amount for the goods before they are released from Coton’s premises and is responsible for organising delivery. If the product is exported outside the EU, they buyer has to organise export and import customs clearance and provide the seller with an IE599 export confirmation after the goods have crossed the EU border (if the export customs clearance is not handled by a customs agency indicated by the seller).
