Hydraulic tyre tripling machine

A COT-26 hydraulic tyre tripling machine allows smaller tyres to be inserted inside larger ones. It enables to make packs of 6 tyres and more. It is the most powerful machine on the market. It can deal with any C tyre with ease. With this tyre packing machine you can easily load around 3000-3200 tyres into a 40ft container, which decreases the costs of transport by two thirds. When used correctly, the machine is safe for the operator and will not damage tyres.

It is equipped with a hydraulic drive so it can work in every weather conditions and when the temperature is below 0°C. It is much stronger, stable and faster than a pneumatic machine. It does not require a compressor and only needs to be connected to a 230 V or 400 V electrical outlet (depending on the option chosen). For packing commercial tyres, we recommend a version with a 3-phase motor. The COT-26 is controlled by levers and the operator can fully control each operation.

The COT-26 differs from other machines of this type in that it packs tyres horizontally and it does not have a cage. It can also be easily moved because it is equipped with wheels. This allows it to be loaded onto a truck or trailer to offer tyre tripling services anywhere.

This machine is available in two versions: hydraulic (COT-26) and pneumatic (COT-26/1).

RULES OF TRIPLING TYRES:
1. The table of the machine can fit a car, jeep or commercial tyre with a maximum diameter of 22 inches;
2. The outer tyre must be the same or larger in diameter than the inner tyre (e.g. 16″ –> 16″, 18″ –> 17″).
3. Any tyre that is less than 15 inches in diameter will need to be the last tyre in the pack (the tyre in the very center of the pack). It is impossible to fit another tyre into a 14-inch or smaller tyre because the jaws would be too close together and the vertical pusher would not fit between them;
4. The width of each tyre into which another tyre is inserted must be at least 10 mm larger than the tyre being inserted (e.g. 215 –> 205).
