The COTON PROFESSIONAL 20 tire pressure testing machine is used to quickly and efficiently detect tire defects such as bulges, punctures, cuts, cracks, and all types of cords and bead damage. With its help, a skilled operator can test a tire in less than a minute, making it indispensable in tire warehouses and tire fitters, as well as in tire retreading and recycling plants.

Efficient operation is ensured here by a motor for turning the tire to be tested, which is activated by means of a foot switch (pedal) or a switch on top of the tester (both options available). What’s more, a heavy-duty guard protects the operator from the consequences of an unexpected burst of an inflated tire.

The machine is suitable for testing tires dismounted from 13-20 inch rims (car, jeep or light truck), and a set of locking latches (pawls) allows tires of any width to be fitted to the machine. Two pairs of discs (plates) are available in the kit:

• Pair 1: sizes 13-16 inches,
• Pair 2: sizes 17-20 inches.

In order to start working on this tire tester, it needs to be connected to an average capacity air compressor by means of a quick-release coupling (main power supply) and an electrical outlet (motor power supply). The control itself, on the other hand, is convenient and intuitive and is carried out via levers located on both sides of the machine.
